Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Associate specializing in Record to Report (R2R) processes to manage and oversee financial reporting and reconciliation tasks for our SME clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee the integrity of the general ledger accounts.

Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.

Identify and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance for audit readiness.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Analyze and present financial data to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).

Prepare detailed management accounts, including P&L statements, cash flow analysis, and balance sheets.

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

Develop and maintain sales performance reports and KPIs.

Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R2R or similar finance roles.

Experience working with SME clients in a dynamic environment.

Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
