Position Overview
The Sr. Analyst – Loan Processing & Broker Support will play a key role in managing end-to-end administrative and operational processes that enable efficient loan delivery and broker assistance. This position is part of Pierian’s Lending Solutions division, supporting Pierian Solutions, an Australia-based financial services firm specializing in Home Loans, Commercial Loans, Auto Finance, and Refinancing.

We are building a Capability Center of over 50 professionals to handle various lending administration activities, including lead follow-ups, credit diary note preparation, valuation tracking, and settlement management. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performance environment supporting brokers and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and oversee end-to-end loan administration and broker support functions.

Manage loan documentation, application tracking, and ensure completeness and compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve process-related queries promptly.

Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and improve loan turnaround time.

Prepare credit diary notes, track valuations, and coordinate settlements.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Maintain compliance with all lending and operational guidelines.

Manage multiple workflows effectively and deliver outcomes under tight deadlines.

Ensure high-quality support and maintain accuracy in all documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related fields preferred.

Candidates from other disciplines with a strong interest in Lending Administration may also apply.

Non-graduates with relevant experience will be considered.
Experience:
-
3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in loan administration, data management, or recordkeeping.

Experience with loan underwriting or processing systems is preferred.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong data management and analytical abilities.

Familiarity with loan systems and credit documentation processes.
