Manager – IPD Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking a Financial Governance Analyst to support the business team in financial governance, controls, and performance. The role involves managing budgeting processes, operational reviews, capex proposals, and ensuring financial accuracy in reporting and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and managing the R&D business budget.
• Compile and analyze monthly financial reviews, highlighting key metrics.
• Evaluate and manage capex proposals and ensure governance compliance.
• Ensure financial accuracy in reporting, inventory control, and responding to audits.
• Collaborate with R&D business leads and project managers to drive financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Candidates who having BCom, MCom and CA is highly preffered

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in financial governance, controls, and reporting or ICWA with 2-3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with budgeting, capex management, and financial audits.
• Industry experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Automobile sectors is preferred.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
