Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your internal customers. The Human Resource Officer is responsible to assist the Human Resources Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing candidates and assessing the new employees
  • Schedule training for all hotel employees
  • Implementing employee retention programs
  • Act as a point of contact when employees have queries of job-related issues
  • Scheduling training for all hotel employees

 

Qualification :

  • Excellent Communication in English
  • as Human Resources Assistant or Human Resource Officer.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/ HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
