Senior Financial Controller

Position Overview:

Christian Dior Couture Middle East is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Financial Controller/ to reinforce the Controlling team based in Dubai. Dynamic work environment and exciting projects to come. This position is a direct reporting to the head of Financial Controlling.

Responsibilities:

• Timely deliver accurate financial statements and reportings (Sales, Operating profit, KPI) in compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines
• Provide Zone General manager & CFO with assertive analytical comments on the main variances versus budget and versus previous year
• Timely investigate significant overspends and deviations vs Budget, and provide recommendations for remediation and improvement
• Elaborate and coordinate with Retail managers and Heads of departments the process for Budget & Estimates & 3Y plan
• Support the preparation of Business review for top management
• Follow CAPEX investments in coordination with Architecture & IT departments
• Analyse the gross margin and prepare projections for stock depreciation
• Key Finance Project leader (regular process enhancement, special projects).

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Dynamic profile, agile & proactive, problem solver, and team player
• Being fluent in English, French, or Arabic will be a plus
• Computer literate (ERP, SAP, BI, Excell)

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business administration
• 7+ years of controlling/ finance experience in multinational and large-scale companies; previous experience in the retail industry is preferred
