Position Overview

Genpact is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst – T&E Audit with 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, auditing, or travel & expense management. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing travel and expense (T&E) claims, ensuring adherence to company policies, and utilizing tools such as Concur, Workday, and AppZen. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance and accuracy while supporting process improvements in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

This position is ideal for professionals with a background in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting who are eager to expand their analytical and audit skills within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed audits of travel and expense (T&E) claims in line with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Work extensively with T&E platforms such as Concur, Workday, and AppZen for auditing and reporting.

  • Identify policy exceptions, non-compliance issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and reporting audit findings and project deliverables.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and international clients to resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.

  • Support new process transitions and documentation of workflows.

  • Meet and exceed defined SLAs and quality standards consistently.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

  • 1–3 years of experience in T&E audit, finance operations, or related roles.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Japanese and English preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Concur, Workday, or AppZen tools.

  • Familiarity with T&E policy frameworks and compliance procedures.

  • Experience in international or client-facing environments.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
