Finance Analyst

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• 3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting — not audit, not tax, not pure AP/AR
• SaaS industry experience is required — you must have worked with MRR, NRR, GRR, or churn in a real business context
• Advanced Excel — financial models built from scratch; pivot tables, dynamic formulas, INDEX-MATCH; not template filling
• Hands-on budget vs actuals and variance analysis experience — including writing the commentary, not just running the numbers
• Willing and able to fully cover the Accountant role when needed (see above)
• Available from 8:00 IST to ensure overlap with the Sydney team
• Based in Kochi / Ernakulam, or committed to relocating
• Clear written English for regular communication with Sydney leadership

Strong Advantage

• CA / CMA / ACCA qualification (finalist or completed)
• Power BI — dashboard development, not just consumption
• Xero experience
• Experience reporting to or presenting to overseas stakeholders (CFO, Board)
• Uses AI tools in day-to-day finance work
