Position Overview:
We are hiring for the Accounting position at Goodera. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the field and is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities:
- Performing day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, invoicing, and updating financial records
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Conducting bank and account reconciliations
- Assisting with tax filings and compliance work
- Managing the general ledger and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Supporting the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Assisting with audits and financial risk assessments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes and policies are followed
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry and accounting software, such as Tally and Zoho
- Knowledge of GST and income tax regulations
