Position Overview
The Accounting Services Associate I supports daily accounting and finance operations by following established procedures and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with limited professional experience but a strong foundation in accounting principles. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to complete assigned tasks under close supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Perform first-level review of accounting processes and documents using standard operating procedures.

Review and verify invoices, receipts, payments, and check requests for accuracy and completeness.

Identify and escalate documents or transactions requiring additional review.

Support the achievement of team productivity and quality performance targets.

Maintain well-organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist in resolving routine invoice and payment discrepancies.

Perform additional first-level accounting or administrative duties as assigned by the team lead.
Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications
