As an Accounting Services Associate I, you will play an essential role in supporting our accounting operations through accurate processing and documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of accounting processes and documents following standard operating instructions.

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and check requests in accordance with company policies.

• Identify and escalate documents or issues requiring further attention.

• Achieve established productivity and quality targets set by the project team lead.

• Maintain compliance with defined procedures and quality standards.

• Support accounting operations with accurate data organization and reporting.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work accurately under close supervision within defined procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word).

• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent accuracy in work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience preferred.

• 0–1 year of experience in accounting, finance operations, or shared services.
