Position Overview:

At Kazamer Tax Consultant, we are dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to our clients, and we are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This role will be essential in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions, helping maintain smooth financial operations within the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and record invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and issue payments to vendors, ensuring compliance with payment terms.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding payables, ensuring all liabilities are settled on time.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of vendor contracts, payment schedules, and transactions.
  • Provide support during audits and assist with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment-related issues.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE tax regulations is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
