Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks per processes, collaborating with related teams.
• Review team members’ work to meet internal and stakeholder needs.
• Provide expert advice and support in your area.
• Manage risks and strengthen controls for owned tasks.
• Align work with relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
• Understand team contributions to broader objectives and impact.
• Develop expertise in principles and practices of your work area.
• Use experience to evaluate options and make informed judgments.
• Communicate sensitive information effectively to customers.
• Build strong relationships to identify and address stakeholder needs.

Skills:

• Knowledge or hands on experience with dashboard development using tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of KRI and KPI to measure good quality data.
• Knowledge\Experience in posting\reviewing of accounting entries for complex derivative trade structures.
• Strong communication skills.
• You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills

Qualifications:

• Expert level understanding of in data management and its associated tools for maintaining good quality data.
• Expert level understanding of methods to analyze poor quality data and under stand data lineage.
• Basic understanding of derivative trades, collateralization and netting logics applied in BFSI.
• Basic understanding of Reference data and Master data.
• Basic understanding of accounting of transactions and its representation in a Bank’s financial statements (P&L and Balance sheet).
