Job Title: Finance Associates

Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Associate – CEO’s Office to provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is designed for individuals who possess strong analytical and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple business functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, monitor organizational priorities, coordinate financial and compliance activities, manage contracts, prepare executive reports, and improve business processes. This position demands professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & CEO Office Support
- Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and tracking organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting notes, and business updates.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Finance & Business Operations
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for bookkeeping, financial documentation, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare financial summaries and management reports for executive review.
Compliance & Corporate Governance
- Coordinate statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance activities.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure timely submission of compliance documentation.
- Track compliance deadlines and support governance initiatives.
Contracts & Legal Coordination
- Coordinate the drafting, review, execution, and renewal of commercial agreements.
- Maintain contract documentation and renewal schedules.
- Support invoicing activities and coordinate with clients and vendors.
- Liaise with legal advisors and external stakeholders when required.
MIS & Executive Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze operational and financial data to generate actionable business insights.
- Present accurate reports to support executive decision-making.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes.
- Recommend and implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between business functions, clients, partners, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure seamless communication and timely completion of deliverables.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance/Business Administration) or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Internship experience or up to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
