Responsibilities:
- Purchase:
- Negotiating with vendors for favorable rates and payment terms.
- Coordinating purchase activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Project Management:
- Collaborating with project managers to plan and execute construction activities.
- Ensuring proper accounting and documentation of project-related expenses.
- Sales:
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Managing sales collections, payment schedules, and registrations.
- Interacting with customers to facilitate resale transactions.
- MIS (Management Information System):
- Generating monthly MIS reports for analysis.
- Monitoring fund requirements and maintaining financial records.
- Handling bookkeeping for all group companies’ transactions.
- Consultant Management:
- Coordinating with consultants for various activities such as audits, GST returns, and RERA submissions.
- Managing new company formation activities and tracking statutory formalities for existing companies.
- Bank Management:
- Following up on bank-related tasks and coordinating account openings.
- Managing other banking activities as required.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Conducting audits for all companies and filing GST returns.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and requirements.
- Analysis and Budgeting:
- Developing budgets for the organization and its group companies.
- Conducting cash flow forecasting and planning inter-company transactions.
- Analyzing project costs and comparing them to estimates.
- Fund Management:
- Collecting funds from construction and sales activities.
- Allocating funds appropriately and disbursing payments.
- Implementing replenishment and mitigation plans as needed.
- Performance Improvement:
- Implementing measures to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Providing support for annual general meeting (AGM) reports and presentations.
- Maintaining daily reports and updating work plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
