Finance Process & Ops Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance Process & Ops Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role focuses on supporting Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. You will help translate operational data into valuable financial insights that guide strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

• Perform variance analysis to support business strategy and decision-making

• Reconcile financial transactions and reports to ensure data accuracy

• Conduct scenario modeling and performance reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze operational data

• Interact primarily with peers and supervisors within Accenture; limited client exposure

• Deliver tasks with moderate supervision and contribute as an individual contributor

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
