Responsibilities

Drive the Management Reporting process at Segment/Regional/Market/LOB levels.
Manage month-end reporting and analysis, ensuring the integrity of the P&L through close control activities.
Provide insights to explain business performance, key trends, and potential future impacts.
Utilize a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to drive outcomes.
Work independently with partners to deliver insightful performance analysis with actionable insights.
Develop content and analysis for presentations to senior leaders in business and finance.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize reporting capabilities through best-in-class analytics and reporting solutions.
Support the Annual Plan and Risks & Opportunities assessments for the business.

Qualifications

Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with a proven ability to identify trends and develop insights for senior management.
Excellent analytical skills and exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, and TM1; data modeling experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of P&L and card economics.
Superior communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
Initiative-taking, intellectually curious, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Ability to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines with a positive attitude.
