Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate (FP&A) to join our Finance Operations vertical at Accenture. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes that drive strategic business decisions and ensure the company’s long-term financial health. You will be part of a collaborative team working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Collect, analyze, and reconcile operational and financial data/reports.

• Assist in scenario modeling and performance reporting for business decisions.

• Solve routine problems using precedent and established guidelines.

• Interact primarily with your team and direct supervisor.

• Follow detailed instructions for new assignments and moderate guidance for routine work.

• Deliver high-quality financial insights that support decision-making and business growth.

• Work as an individual contributor within a defined scope.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, or MBA in Finance.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
