Junior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Drive Cost reduction initiatives and metrics improvement.
• Partner with sites to fix issues and address the root cause.
• Work with sites to improve their ROIC and OP.
• Ensure that all activities performed are within the scope of the SOX controls.
• This role involves Performing cost accounting activities for the sites of Flex and to standard cost updating.

Skills:

• B.com/BBA (Finance)/M.com/MBA (Finance) Freshers/0-2 years of experience in relevant field MS office Good knowledge in accounting principles Understand & interpret accounting policies
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Good communication and written skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in complex environments with strict deadlines on projects.
