Senior Executive – Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Incumbent to provide independent objective risk assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of risk management practices internal controls regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes in Cognizant.
•  Area of Audit would be in The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) 1977 and the Prevention of Corruption Act  1988
• Ensure Cognizants E&C guidelines while processing the payment to Vendors
• Deal with multiple departments internally and also engage with vendors in appropriate situations to manage the payment process.
• TDS deduction on payments within India and also for overseas payments
• Documentation checks for local and international payments
• Evaluation of underlying documents and appropriate communication/decision
