Position Overview:
Lakshya IIC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Executive. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the finance receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions for our esteemed educational institution. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in optimizing cash flow, maintaining strong customer relationships, and upholding financial integrity within Lakshya IIC.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of finance receivable professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of accounts receivable management, including invoicing, collections, and application of payments.
- Monitor receivable aging reports, prioritize collection efforts, and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances and minimize bad debt risk.
- Prepare and analyze receivable aging reports, cash flow projections, and other financial metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Generate periodic reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to streamline receivable processes, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage technology solutions to automate manual tasks.
- Implement best practices and internal controls to strengthen receivable management practices, mitigate risks, and improve overall financial performance.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and risk management teams to address legal and regulatory issues related to receivable operations and student financial obligations.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and automation tools to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or certifications like CPA/CMA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in finance receivables, credit, or related fields, with leadership roles in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and experience with SIS or receivable management software.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and effectively engage stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of financial principles, receivable management, and regulatory requirements in the education sector.
