Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily analysis of ticket data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly review KPIs for Leads, Operations Managers, Product Managers, and Delivery Managers.
- Generate reports on FMS, WDC, and VC Engineers’ efficiency.
- Track Vendor Purchase Orders and Invoice Payments.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems related to ticket data and processes.
Skills:
- Expert in MS Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.Proficient in MS PowerPoint for creating clear and visually appealing presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
