SAP Accountant

Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced SAP Accountant to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, particularly in SAP Business software, along with hands-on experience in inventory management and VAT compliance for retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-end reconciliations of sales invoices with POS systems using SAP Business software.

• Manage and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.

• Record and reconcile bank transactions in the books of accounts.

• Assist in financial statement preparation, year-end closures, and audit coordination.

• Oversee inventory tracking and reconciliation between physical stock and system records.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: ACCA / CA Inter / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.

• In-depth understanding of UAE VAT laws and accounting practices.

• Proficient in SAP Business (mandatory); experience with Zoho, Tally is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
