Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant in Kozhikode, Kerala, India to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and reporting of financial data and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business setup / auditing / accounting consultancy, preferably in the UAE market.
• Freshers are also eligible.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English , Malayalam
• Familiarity with banking procedures and financial services in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
• Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
• Updating financial records via accounting software
• Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
• Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
