Responsibilities:
- Manage Statutory Audits, preparation of Financial Statements, and Statutory compliances for respective Legal Entities and countries.
- Perform monthly variance analysis vs. forecast and prior periods.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Review and improve internal controls and Accounting/Finance policies and procedures.
- Reports and administers Fixed Asset/Other Asset reporting and administration, including leading fixed asset verifications.
- Completes Internal control financial reporting (ICFR) testing and reporting, including planning and project management.
- Prepares GST/VAT tax filings and coordinates with Fortive corporate on state/federal tax compliance and accounting activities.
- Supporting Internal and SOX Audits
- Assisted the finance manager with ongoing and special projects as assigned, including implementation of new accounting standards.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing/intercompany accounting.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant,
Experience Required
- 3 – 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Experience on Oracle Fusion/Net Suits/SAP/Black line Tools
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong PC and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Superior ability to multi-task and prioritize.
