Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Services Associate III to join our finance operations team. The role involves performing complex accounting activities, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, maintaining ledger integrity, and supporting the end-to-end Report-to-Record process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting processes, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements while working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries and ensure proper documentation.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.

Perform intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with Accounts Payable and other business units.

Identify process inefficiencies and provide improvement recommendations.

Support project tracking, reporting, and audit-related activities.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the Report-to-Record (R2R) cycle.

Assign and review unreconciled items, ensuring timely resolution.

Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members.

Conduct training sessions when required to improve team performance.

Comply with all internal accounting standards, controls, and company policies.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
