Positional Overview:
An Accounts Assistant plays a crucial role in the finance department, providing support to accountants and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. This role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budget management.
Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and expenses.

Record financial transactions using accounting software.

Assist with bank reconciliations.

Prepare and update financial reports.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Assist with VAT, GST, and tax filings.

Manage financial documentation and filing.
Skills:

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- B.Com or related educational qualifications.
- 2 years of work experience.
- SAP/Tally Certification required.
