Analyst – Fund Data

Position Overview

We are looking for an Analyst – Fund Data (US Market) with 1–3 years of relevant experience to manage and maintain data for multiple product classes, including Term Loans, Corporate Bonds, Asset-Backed Securities, Equities, Derivatives, and Structured Products.

The role includes supporting process-related projects, monthly MIS reporting, stakeholder management, risk management, and coordination with Trade Support and Data Governance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the fund master database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Collaborate with investment teams to gather and validate fund-related data.

• Implement processes for onboarding and offboarding of funds.

• Ensure high-quality data across Term Loans, Bonds, Equities, Derivatives, and Structured Products.

• Conduct analyses to deliver timely and accurate data within a compliant, error-free framework.

• Work with platforms like Reuters Eikon, Markit, Bloomberg; familiarity with BlackRock Aladdin preferred.

• Understand corporate structures and relationships between legal entities and parent issuers.

• Research government registry databases and understand ratings agency processes relevant to financial products.

• Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to gather requirements and identify process improvements.

• Assist Middle and Back Office operations to ensure efficient and accurate task completion.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

• 1–3 years of experience in data governance, data management, or fund administration.

• Strong understanding of data quality principles and data governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with fund accounting or investment management systems.
