Job description
We’re looking for a Bank Exam Trainer who has worked in the finance sector before. The perfect candidate needs to have a good understanding of banking concepts like finance, accounting, and economics very well.
Responsibilities :
- Offer training classes for those preparing for competitive banking exams.
- Keep abreast of the most recent regulatory changes in the banking industry.
- Develop and provide educational and engaging training materials.
- Guide and support students in their exam preparation journey, promoting their success. Evaluate student performance and modify teaching approaches as necessary.
- Work together with colleagues to continuously enhance and refine training programs.
Skills:
- Candidates from banking backgrounds are preferred.
- Good grasp of technical concepts in subjects related to banking.
- The trainer should be up to date with the latest regulatory developments.
- Experience in training for competitive bank exams.
- Passion for teaching with good subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
