Finance Administrator

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support essential finance operations, manage vendor-related processes, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Review and process A/P invoices with accurate matching to PO or supporting documents.

• Validate invoice details according to internal compliance and company policies.

Vendor Management

• Support new vendor onboarding and activation processes.

• Maintain and update vendor records while ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

Financial Administration

• Assist with daily administrative and financial support tasks.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.

Ad-Hoc Support

• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a finance department (added advantage).

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems and administrative tools.

Language Skills

• High proficiency in English — written and verbal.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
