Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer – Operations Accounts to support factory-based finance processes and ensure accurate financial transactions in alignment with internal SOPs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost control, operational accounting, SAP-based transactions, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Execute finance transactions aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for factory operations.

Create SKU master data and maintain cost information in SAP.

Validate invoices against rate master entries and resolve discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders.

Review production order aging and assist in closing tasks (TECO) based on operational recommendations.

Review conversion GRN charges pending MIRO and ensure timely closure.

Validate purchase orders before release to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare MIS reports and support the finance team with planning activities and quarterly audit schedules.

Generate reports related to cost analysis including Cost per Kg and RM consumption comparison (Actual vs. Standard).

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

Minimum 2+ years of experience in costing or operations accounting within a factory setup.

Experience in industries such as FMCG, Durables, Auto, Paints, Fertilizer, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.

Strong proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
