Finance Analyst – 3

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the R&D database and project allocations. Manage headcount tracking by projects for the R&D team via the Teams app and Adaptive.
• Improve tracking of CapEx investments to forecast cash outflows more accurately at monthly/quarterly intervals.
• Prepare financial analysis for budget vs actuals on monthly basis for opex, headcount and capex.
• Coordinate regular business reviews, presenting financials overviews and communicating risks and opportunities to finance internally.
• Review monthly accruals and possesses knowledge of opex/capex accruals.
• Provide day-to-day business partnering to functional leaders or their designated chief of staff to develop the annual plan and ongoing forecast for departmental expenses and headcount, flux analysis and financial planning.
