Position Overview:
A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization by managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. They play a critical role in developing strategies to achieve financial goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing the organization’s financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overseas customers on invoicing, Purchase Orders, and MSAs.
- Project Costing, validation, and preparation of price proposals.
- Maintain project-related records, including MSAs, contracts and change work orders.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Skills:
- Expertise in creating financial plans, projecting future revenues and expenses, and aligning them with organizational goals.
- Skilled in monitoring and optimizing cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in analyzing budget vs. actual performance to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations, ensuring accurate filings and compliance.
- Experienced in leading, mentoring, and coordinating finance teams to achieve organizational objectives efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Any postgraduate, MBA Finance, or M.Com.
- 12 years of work experience.
