Finance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Utilize financial and management accounting expertise to contribute to process transformation, policy development, and procedures documentation and implementation.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels in the organization to identify process gaps, propose solutions, and implement effective controls.
• Utilize high-level computer literacy, including familiarity with financial systems and technologies, such as ERP systems and process design tools like BlueWorks or Visio.
• Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

Skills:

• University degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Additional professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CIMA, or ACCA are advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
