Responsibilities:
- Utilize financial and management accounting expertise to contribute to process transformation, policy development, and procedures documentation and implementation.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels in the organization to identify process gaps, propose solutions, and implement effective controls.
- Utilize high-level computer literacy, including familiarity with financial systems and technologies, such as ERP systems and process design tools like BlueWorks or Visio.
- Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
Skills:
- University degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Additional professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CIMA, or ACCA are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
