Responsibilities:

Lead FP&A activities for USCA region within GCB FP&A team
Manage a team of high performing individuals to deliver reporting, analysis, and insight to the business
Accountable for timely and accurate BAU delivery
Hands-on with creating management reports (Financials covering flows, revenue, expenses etc.), including partnering on budgeting/forecasting
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including global teams across Finance.
Proactively find opportunities to optimize the current reporting structure and develop innovative ways
Improve control environment through implementation and enhancement of automated processes
Show desire to work in a constantly evolving, changing, and challenging environment

Skills And Qualifications

MBA with proven experience (6-8 years) in FP&A, Variance Analysis, Stakeholder Management, MIS Reporting and Team Management
Strong track record in team management (directly managing), growing talent and motivating diverse team
Experience in handling large data and deriving meaningful insights
Experience in preparation of flash report / dashboards and management review packs for senior management
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency around deadlines
Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
High level of self-motivation, able to own and drive multiple assignments and willing to respectfully challenge the status quo
Work and deliver under minimal direct supervision
Ability to work effectively in a team environment (not only FP&A team but also across Finance)
Highly proficient in Excel. Knowledge of MS Access, PowerBI will be added advantage
Experience with TM1, Hyperion, Essbase or similar multi-dimensional analytical tools
