FP&A Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst with strong Oracle Fusion Finance expertise to support financial operations across our global supply chain and manufacturing environment. This role involves leading inventory analysis, improving cost accounting processes, and ensuring accuracy across financial reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong ERP expertise and experience working in high-tech or industrial global manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Costing Oversight

• Lead global inventory tracking across all manufacturing and warehouse sites.

• Optimize inventory reporting and analytics using advanced automation tools.

Cost Accounting Support

• Finalize and validate cost accounting distribution and system completion.

• Review standard cost processes, item layers, and system workflows.

• Identify costing discrepancies such as negative balances or incorrect flows.

Operational Controls & Compliance

• Validate module closures, completed work orders, and interfaced transactions (AR/AP).

• Ensure accurate definitions for warehouses, items, costing layers, and SLA configurations.

• Review system workflows for SOX compliance and accurate accounting alignment.

Data & Systems Management

• Monitor BI system integration and inventory cycle performance.

• Identify missing transactions, incomplete costing, or incorrect setups.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in global high-tech or industrial manufacturing environments.

• ERP expertise required — Oracle Fusion experience is highly preferred (must-have).

• Proven analytical skills working with large data sets and complex financial systems.

• Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, self-driven approach.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
