Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Pricing & CPQ Senior Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting CPQ and pricing solutions for mid-size to enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CPQ platforms (preferably PROS CPQ) and a deep understanding of pricing strategy, product configuration, discounting rules, and quote-to-cash automation.
This role involves collaborating closely with sales, finance, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions, drive pricing excellence, and improve operational efficiency. You will actively contribute to automation initiatives, pricing analytics, process assessments, and digital transformation across the pricing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
CPQ & Pricing Solution Support

Provide functional and implementation support for Pricing and CPQ platforms such as PROS, PriceFx, CONGA, Salesforce CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.

Configure CPQ modules including product catalog, guided selling, configuration flows, business rules, and discounting frameworks.
Pricing Analytics & Strategy

Build dynamic pricing models using analytics and AI to track key pricing KPIs.

Create dashboards and executive reporting using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Conduct pricing diagnostics, gap assessments, and define future-state pricing processes aligned with business strategy.
Business Process & Optimization

Design and implement pricing structures including waterfall pricing, competitive pricing, price elasticity, catalog pricing, and margin analysis.

Support vendor evaluations, solution design, and implementation of pricing systems (focus on PROS).

Recommend and implement process improvements backed by data, insights, and best-in-class KPIs.
Collaboration & Advisory

Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders on CPQ capabilities and pricing excellence.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve quoting accuracy, reduce cycle time, and drive revenue enablement.
Required Skills & Experience
-
3.5–5 years of progressive experience in pricing, CPQ implementation, consulting, or industry roles within sectors such as Product Manufacturing, High Tech, Communications, Financial Services, or Industrial/Resources.

Hands-on experience with PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (POM) and Smart CPQ preferred.

Functional understanding of pricing models for services, products, parts, and post-sales services.

Strong technical proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros) and PowerPoint, with experience working in reporting/visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Exposure or working knowledge of other CPQ/pricing tools (CONGA, Salesforce CPQ, PriceFx, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP Pricing, Oracle Pricing, etc.) is an advantage.
