Specialist – Pricing

Position Overview

The Specialist – Pricing will play a key role in managing, validating, and processing price contracts and orders, while ensuring accurate handling of price discrepancies within the Order-to-Cash process. This role requires strong analytical and coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining pricing data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer portal activities including price contracts, agreements, and orders.

• Validate and verify price agreements for accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and update pricing data in SAP FICO and SD modules.

• Handle price dispute management efficiently and prepare credit/debit notes as needed.

• Serve as a mentor for new team members and support onboarding activities.

• Lead or participate in small-scale process improvement projects.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pricing operations and adherence to policies.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in pricing or order management.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP (SD module) and understanding of SAP FICO.

• Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Active knowledge of English; German language proficiency is an advantage.
