Accounts Payable Analyst

Position Overview

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst – Intercompany to support our finance operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while maintaining strong compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Ensure timely and correct tracking, coding, and posting of invoices.

• Perform analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities as assigned.

• Support compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) for accounts payable templates.

• Participate in internal control testing and maintain required documentation.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity, progress updates, and issue resolution.

• Verify invoice accuracy and adherence to fiscal and internal control requirements.

• Coordinate with teams to support financial process improvement and consistency.

• Uphold ABB’s core values of safety, integrity, and accountability.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• Fresh graduates with post-graduation or 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• SAP experience in the Accounts Payable domain is an added advantage.

• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
