Role Purpose:

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and supplier payments. The role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with company policies and financial controls, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• CMA (US) preferred.

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable and payment operations in a multinational
• environment.
• Required knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory laws related to accounts payable function.

Technical Skills:

Required knowledge of:

• GST Act and Rules
• TDS provisions
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Workday
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in tax return preparation and tax reconciliations.
