Financial Controller

Position: Financial Controller
Experience: 12-15 years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably from 2005-2007 batches
Reports To: CFO
Compensation: 50-60 LPA
Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial functions, including tax, treasury, statutory reporting, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP).
Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Ensure timely financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee audits, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business goals.
Drive the financial health of the organization through efficient capital management and investment strategies.
Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end finance functions (tax, treasury, GAAP, etc.).
Background in multinational corporations (MNCs); experience in captive units not preferred.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
In-depth understanding of financial regulations and corporate governance.
